Because we're so laid back and tortoise like, it's very difficult for us to tell you exact times of film screenings / live acts and guest Djs. However here is a brief outline of how a Sunday might go, if you wanted to come down to see / watch something on a specific day send us an e-mail and we'll try to be more precise otherwise it goes like this:
Live Music
Live music generally starts about 5 o'clock. We try to jumble up the pre booked acts with those who have turned up to use the open mic. Headline acts are on about 9 o'clock. Set lengths range from 20 to 40 minutes. If you wanted to come down and play a set please arrive before 4 o'clock so that we can book you in to that days schedule.
DJs
Music is played all day long and covers every style of music we care to think about. The decks are manned by Dave Danger and jaY and they fill out the gaps until somebody arrives with some records to spin. Guest DJs start from about 5 o'clock and we jumble them up with those who have turned up with some tunes. If you want to get a set please arrive before 4 o'clock.
Food
The kitchen is open between 1pm and 7pm. You can choose from a selection of Roast Dinners , Veggie Dinners or an all day breakfast - all meals are just £5.
Film
We get sent a bunch of short films from various directors and independent film companies, the one's we like we show. Generally films are shown around 4 o'clock and we go for shorter ones. Every now and then we put on special premier screenings, in this case the film is shown in the evening, these events will be mentioned on our listings page with more detailed times.
Art
The exhibitions on the walls change on the first day of the month. Each exhibition lasts for one moth and all the art is for sale. For those who purchase any work, it can be collect after the exhibition has finished.
